Refunds/Termination
The refund request should be made in writing and include all pertinent information. After signing this agreement, the Author is entitled to a return of fifty percent of the fee paid. However, the Author receives only a 20% return of the paid sum if the agreement is discontinued during the performance of the service.
The Author will get no return if the agreement is canceled after the services have been completed. Trusted Stories is committed to protecting the privacy of the Author’s Personally Identifiable Information with respect to its collection, access, use, storage, disposal, and disclosure, and will comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, as well as other applicable regulations and directives.
